Driver Appears to Deliberately Ram Motor Scooter
STORYLINE
A man was arrested last week in Jiangsu Province, China after appearing to deliberately ram his car into the rider of a motor scooter.
The incident was captured on a security camera and appears to show the driver swerve into the scooter rider, sending him flying to the ground at the side of the road. The car then drives away.
According to police, the driver of the car rammed the scooter rider three or four times from behind before finally hitting him from the side.
The scooter rider was seriously injured, according to local media.
