Skier gets caught in avalanche
This video captures freeride skier getting pulled down the mountain by avalanche and his rescue after. The incident occured 10 February 2014 while skiing exposed north-east oriented face of Chopok mountain, Slovakia. After being caught in avalanche, skier deploys his avalanche air bag and his head stayed above the snow surface, so he could breathe. Few moments after, he was saved by his friends. Luckily, he suffered no injuries and was able to ski back to the nearby Jasná ski resort.
