This is the moment a gust of wind blows 3 pedestrians literally off their feet in Leeds City Centre with recorded speeds of over 80mph. The incident happened outside Bridgewater Place, which has sparked controversy since it's construction, due to a wind tunnel effect blunder by architects. Previously a lorry was blown over which landed on and killed a pedestrian. Since then precautions have been put in place which prohibits high sided vehicles from travelling along this stretch of Neville Street.
