Science teacher recreates 'egg in a bottle' experiment
Satisfying footage of eggs being pushed into glass bottle using science and air pressure.
The video, shot in March 2016, shows science teacher Jacob Strickling using different bottles and eggs to recreate the famous egg in bottle experiment.
"A small amount of methylated spirits is added to the bottle which is then ignited using a flame," Strickling wrote.
"The chemical reaction produces heat which expands the gases. When the egg is placed on top of the bottle, the gases cool and take up and contract."
"This allows air pressure to spectacularly push the eggs into the bottles."
