The Feeding Ritual of the Elusive Bearbird
Our first bear video was so well received we thought we would do it again! This video was shot by our good friend Val Strom at Emma Lake, Saskatchewan on May 21st 2014. A hungry bear on your doorstep is never a good thing, but this big boy was pre-occupied with the bird feeder and didn't seem to mind having his picture taken.
Clearly, bears are wild and being this close to a wild animal can be dangerous, however Val was in the relative safety of her cabin.
