City of London - Man in suit aggressive towards cyclist
When could this level of aggression be justified?
This footage fairly clearly shows two pedestrians walk out in front of a cyclist/ The cyclist had been 'coasting' (and slowing) for quite some time.
The man in the suit is very unhappy, and visibly has his fist clenched as he walks past the cyclist. The young lady he is with appears to walk of, not wanting to get involved.
