Sheep rescued from bitumen pit
STORYLINE
A dramatic video has emerged of firefighters rescuing nine sheep from a pit of molten bitumen in Dej, Romania on Thursday.
It took rescuers three hours to get the sheep out, using pickaxes, shovels, and a lot of pulling.
May of the animals emerged coated in the sticky black bitumen.
