Sushi chef wows diners with spatula skills
A cool video has emerged of a sushi chef impressing diners in Mexico with some fancy cooking skills.
The chef can be seen using a metal spatula to juggle a raw egg in a series of complex manoeuvres over a hot plate.
The footage was captured at Mikado sushi restaurant in Riveira Maya earlier this month.
