Japan's Countdown to the New Era "Reiwa" in Shibuya, Tokyo (Complete Version)

Once Emperor Naruhito was enthroned, the new era "Reiwa" started in Japan. People gathered in Shibuya, one of the busiest districts in Tokyo, to countdown the new era and celebrate it starting in spite of the rain.

This is the second time for me to witness a new era starting but it is not like the last one at all. Conventionally a new emperor is enthroned and a new era starts when the previous one has passed away. People are saddened and go into mourning. So was the last time. However, this time, the previous emperor decided to abdicate the throne while he is alive. So people "celebrated" the enthronement of the new emperor and the new era starting. I think this is a much more modern style. I like it.
