French police use 'excessive and unnecessary force' on man being deported to Morocco

This was the shocking moment four French police officers at Charles De Gaulle airport in Paris used force to restrain a man set for deportation yesterday (June 26).

The man being restrained was allegedly being deported from France to Morocco for reasons currently unknown.

The force that the authorities used garnered attention from other passengers who were waiting to board the flight to Casablanca.

As the subdued man can be heard screaming in pain, another passenger can be heard asking "Is that f****** necessary?" repeatedly.

The filmer, Khaya Koko, told Newsflare: "I had my headsets on, but could still hear his harrowing cries.

"The end result was that the flight from Paris to Casablanca was delayed by over 30 minutes as there were a huge commotion and outcry from a few people over the heavy-handedness of the police.

"One gentleman, who came out of nowhere from behind me and is audible in the video asking the police why they were so brutal, actually kicked off a bigger fuss on the plane, taking down the names of the Captain and other crew members.

"I'm not sure what his name is or where he's originally from, but I detected a bit of an American accent in his voice while he was arguing with the crew.

"This happened inside the plane, which further delayed it by additional 10-or-so minutes.

"The end result of which was that a flight which was meant to take-off at 12:25 ended up leaving almost an hour later."

Koko later added: "The man was put on the plane with us to Morocco.

"This was what p***** off the American-sounding man, who said he, as well as other passengers on the plane, including children, had to listen to the Moroccan man's groans and cries at the back.

"I'm not too sure what those sounds were like as I didn't hear or see the man once we were aboard as I was sitting further forward in the plane."
