A bizarre video has emerged from China of a man riding a bicycle with thousands of bees on his body.

In the footage, filmed in Zhejiang Province, 61-year-old beekeeper, Mr Wu Liru, wears more than 50,000 bees on his torso while he cycles through his local village in a stunt for the camera.

According to local news, Mr Wu Liru has been keeping bees for more than 37 years.

Although this video was captured in May, it has only recently emerged online.
