Physics teacher plays homemade instruments to demonstrate electromagnetism
A cool video has emerged from China of a physics lecturer at a university playing hand-made instruments to teach his students about electromagnetism.
In the footage, filmed in Jiangxi Province late last month, the teacher can be seen playing different instruments made of ordinary objects, such as a violin made of a part of water pipe, to demonstrate the principles of electromagnetism.
According to news reports, the teacher, Mr Hu Yinquan, is a deputy professor of a local university.
Mr Hu says he has been using this innovative teaching method for more than twenty years and the music he can play varies from pop to classical.
