It all started on Great Eastern Street EC2A 3EH and the junction of Holywell Lane EC2A 3PQ. I was at the American car wash in Holywell Lane EC2A 3PQ, when I noticed something being thrown from the White BMW Iinto the Black BMW. Both drivers were shouting and as the traffic lights changed, the Black BMW driver cut across the White BMW, got out and started hitting the driver's side window. The window shattered but stayed intact and the guy just ripped it from the door and started throwing punches at the White BMW driver. There was a woman and child in the White BMW and the woman was holding tightly to the waist of the driver from getting out of the car and the child was crying her eyes out.
The rest is seen on the video. When the Black BMW driver was moved to the side of the road with a "limp" (he really did walk to the side of the road), two (2) community police officers turned up. A witness and I pointed out the aggressor to the officers and I offered the officer my video. She asked for my details and I gave her a card. The driver of the White BMW was bleeding profusely from both mouth and nose. The male officer was on the phone for ambulance and I drove off after handling my card.
I still have not heard from the police.
