$10,000 gold Apple watch destroyed by magnets
A bizarre video has emerged showing a gold Apple Watch Edition being destroyed by magnets in a 'destruction test'.
In the footage, captured on Saturday, popular US-based Ukrainian tech vlogger ‘TechRax’ uses 650 lbs of Neodymium magnetic force to put the 38mm 18k yellow gold Apple Watch Edition under pressure.
The $10,000 watch can be seen sparking and being crushed between the two powerful magnets as they pull eachother, with it in-between.
The filmer then removes the watch, leaving it smashed with the screen separated from its body.
The watch, despite the damage and trashed screen, can still be heard making a noise when powered on.
