An amusing video has emerged from China of a drunk man performing martial arts moves on top of a traffic light before getting off when firefighters arrive.

In the footage, captured in Anhui Province on Friday, the man sitting on top of the traffic light pole, rejects the ladder offered to him to by the firefighters and climbs back to the ground himself.

According to news reports, the 51-year-old man is a temporary construction worker currently looking for employment, but he hasn't managed to get a job so far which led to him having a 'few bottles'.
