Bahraini customers snubbed for cash prize in social experiment

An amusing prank video has emerged from a supermarket in Bahrain showing actors pretending to win a cash prize for being the 500,000th customer in the store, after cutting in line ahead of someone else.

The footage, captured in October and published this month, shows the group staging the stunt - with actors playing the winner and a bystander trying to get the snubbed customer to fight for themselves.

The filmers wanted to find out how locals would react in a social experiment - using the actors to try and stop them staying silent.
