Around 18 months after war began in eastern Ukraine, footage has emerged of what Donetsk Airport now looks like.

The drone and ground level video, filmed yesterday during a tour, shows the airport which was a major battleground for months, as a black and white shell.

Today is the 18 month anniversary of the war starting in Donbass at
Donetsk airport. Many people have lost there lives fighting for
control of this airport. Now it is not even recognizable. The
commander that is giving us the tour had worked as a construction
worker and help build the airport before the war.
