Mountain bike crash! Overhandle bars!
We doing the Blade route at Afan forest in Wales and it was the end if the day, tired and just got my wheel caught on a rock, i went straight over the handles, the bike hit me on the head, i shouted for help as i didn't know if was okay, hit my knee pretty hard and good scrap on the arm, couldn't really get the bike off myself, my mate was ahead, but after 30 secs or some bloke came along and helped, then battery died on the gopro! First time i used it too! Had a bit blood on yhe knee but was fine after a couple days of limping around.
