Footage of daredevils sledding down the snow-covered slopes of a volcano in Chile.

The video, filmed on Volcan Villarica, shows the group of mountain walkers sliding down the side of the mountain.

He later wrote online: "We arrived in Pucon, Chile to hike an open top Volcan known as Volcan Villarica.

"It was a long four-hour slog to the top."

"For the way down our guide told us to reach into our backpacks and take out a large rubber nappy and a small plastic sled," he continued.

"'This is how you get to the bottom,' she said.

"For an hour we slid our way down the volcano from each connecting passage to the next"
