Pedestrian in Road on A2
Driving A2 London Bound, had passed no breakdowns at all within 2 miles and as I turn off at Swanscombe a Pedestrian crosses two lanes of live traffic and walks down the hard-shoulder.
Very Dangerous, was immediately reported to Kent Police, due his age it was a welfare concern for me.
