Buy video

During 2016 the Deeside Knitwits, a community knitting group based in Braemar in Royal Deeside, Scotland, encouraged people to knit and contribute towards this giant Octopus, called Octavius. Knitting kits were put in coffee shops, the Dr's Waiting room etc for people to add rows. The complete Octopus was then a feature of the 2016 Braemar Creative Arts festival, held in early October. The Octopus will be donated to a good cause in 2017.
