A shocking video has emerged of a man appearing to use a pram with a child sitting in it to hold the metro doors in Nanning, China.

The CCTV footage, shot last week, captures the moment the child is squeezed between the doors as the man tries to rush onto the train.

According to local reports, the child was uninjured.

This is the shocking moment a Chinese man used a pram with a toddler inside to stop a set of train doors from closing.
Fortunately, he managed to squeeze himself onto the train and the toddler is believed to be unhurt.
The incident was captured in the morning of December 29 by a surveillance camera at a station on the Metro Line 1 in Nanning, southern China.
