Heartbreaking: A 4-yr-old boy drowning in swimming pool went completely unnoticed as his mother was busy checking her phone only several feet away.
The tragic incident was captured by a surveillance camera at the swimming facility in NW #China's #Shaanxi province.
The boy can be seen on video struggling for about 3 minutes before drowning to death. The entire time his mother was standing nearby with her back to her son and a cell phone in her hand.
His body was found about an hour later after his mother realized he was out of sight and started to look for him.
