In the CCTV video, filmed in Dalian, Liaoning Province on December 16, a man carrying a dog walks out of a bank.
Suddenly, the money he just withdrew drops onto the ground and carried away by the wind.
Then, a group of people help pick up the money.
According to local news, the man named Gao just withdrew 2,000 GBP in bank and held it in his hand.
However, the wind carried away the cash before he put it in his bag.
Fortunately, bank workers and a group of passersby helped him pick up all money and returned back to him.
