Car driver deliberately swerves and drives at cyclist.
21st September 2016 ~ 10:45am. Bearwood Road, incidents occur heading northwards between Wellington and Church Road junctions.
Not visible/obvious from the footage but the driver slows down, indicates left and waves me by before swerving at me as I went to pass.
