山西紧急采取措施防止坠河粗苯罐车对汾河污染扩散
从山西省新绛县“1·18”突发交通事故救援现场指挥部获悉，18日9时许，在位于山西省新绛县三林镇汾河桥上，一辆装载约25吨粗苯的货车在发生交通事故后掉入汾河，粗苯有微量泄漏，相关部门已紧急对汾河水进行取样检测。
1月18日早9点23分，新绛县公安局接到报警，一辆货车与一辆客车在三林镇汾河桥上发生相撞，货车掉入汾河。经核实，落水货车上确认有两人，经消防人员搜救，两名遇难司乘人员已经打捞上岸，；货车所载货物为粗苯，装载量为25吨左右，罐体未破，有微量泄漏，污染水体已采样，正在检测分析中。事发地汾河水流量约为20立方米/秒。
事故发生后，市政府立即启动应急预案，并成立现场指挥部，组织指导事故处置工作。为减缓污染扩散，政府部门在事发地上下游50米，现场组织20台机械挖河槽导流，绕过污染点，彻底隔绝污染源，并对事故罐车进行吊装倒罐，防止发生更大泄漏。
此外，在汾河下游的新绛、稷山、河津、万荣4个县目前已搭建活性炭坝拦截吸附，防止污染扩散。
