Profoundly deaf baby hears for the first time
A heartwarming video has emerged of a one-year-old baby hearing for the first time.
The footage, shot in Johannesburg, South Africa, captures Royce's reaction when he hears sounds for the first time.
His mother explained online that he was diagnosed as profoundly deaf and was fitted with a bilateral cochlear implant in December before it was switch on last week.
