A genuinely clever way to remove smoke from your kitchen
Footage of a YouTuber demonstrating a quick and easy way to remove smoke from a kitchen after something burns.
The video, filmed in Montreal, Canada on January 17, shows David Freiheit from the YouTube channel Viva Frei boiling water to create humidity in the air, which then draws loose smoke towards it.
"I forgot I was hard boiling eggs, and only remembered when I heard popping noises coming from the kitchen and smelled smoke throughout the house," he wrote online.
"I couldn't open the windows because it's winter and was -18 degrees outside."
"Then I thought up a genius hack to remove the smoke from the kitchen quickly and efficiently," he continued.
