Amusing footage of age-old rivals "tortoise and hare" having a picnic together... except the hare is actually a rabbit.

The cute video, filmed in Penzance, Cornwall, UK last year, shows a large rabbit called Popeye and two tortoises - one aged 94 and the other 70 - eating fresh dandelions together.

OK, so it's a rabbit, but you get the idea.

The rabbit is called Popeye, a rescue rabbit who lost his right eye in a fight with a stoat and his owner didn't want him any more with only one eye. The tortoises are Mediterranean tortoises, and also rescue animals. They are called Tom (large one, female, 94 years old) and Tim (small one, male, 70 years old).

Here they are in the garden, happy and well looked after, having a lovely summer picnic of fresh dandelions.
