Twinkle Twinkle Salton Sea Stars Time Lapse - Niland Marina
Music by The Chocolate Chips Shot at the abandoned Niland Mariana on the eastern shore of the Salton Sea.To produce this video I shot 447 frames over a period of just over five hours. Each frame was shot at 40 sec f/4.0 ISO 1250 with my Canon 6D and Sigma 15mm.The video gets brighter as time goes on due to the moon rising behind the camera.The was no wind and the water was smooth as glass most of the time. This marina was abandoned a while back, but people still come here to visit and camp. There are several abandoned bathroom buildings that were once flooded and are now drying out as the shoreline of the lake recedes.
