Footage has emerged of a man claiming that another man who presents himself as a charity worker is a scammer.

The footage, shot in Aylesbury, UK on Sunday, shows an elderly man denouncing the allegedly fraudulent activities of the man selling raffle tickets for a charity.

The elderly man explains to the filmer that the phone number and PO box presented by the alleged con man are fake and that he does not forward the money to the charity he claims to support.

The man defends himself by showing a pedlar's license issued by police.

A similar scam has reportedly been operated since 2011 in several cities across the country.
