Storm Doris hit Ireland this morning with strongest gust so far recorded in met Eireanns weather station at mace head Galway with max wind gusts of 140km/hr.

This is a video from this morning of waves crashing of the Bundoran Coast and flooding due to heavy rain earlier in the morning.

Ireland and Northern Ireland has had widespread power cuts due to the storm with 65,000 homes in Ireland effected and 8,000 homes in Northern Ireland.

Trees were also over turn and roof wrecked over here with many roads closed.

All I can say for to people of England and wales is stay indoor when winds are at there peaks because the can and will cause widespread damage, stay safe folks.
