Chemistry Teacher makes cannon to fire candy at class
Funny video of a science demonstration in the Chemistry lesson.
While the regular Chemistry Teacher is on leave, Jacob Strickling creator of the YouTube Channel 'Make Science Fun' is filling in and is having all sorts of fun with the class.
Today he reacted Calcium Carbide with water in a large plastic pipe to generate ethylene gas. He then loaded the pipe with candy and used a sparkler to ignite it.
With a giant boom (which brought the Biology Teacher running in!) candy was shot across the room.
