A sweet video has emerged from Quebec City, Canada of a family celebrating their grandmother's 101st birthday.

In the clip, which was filmed earlier this week, the filmer repeatedly asks his surprisingly youthful grandmother her age and she responds every time "age is just a number."

Eventually she concedes that she might be "100 flat" but the filmer reminds her that it was last year that she got a letter from Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, so she really must be 101.

"My gramma just turned 101. I would say all things considered, she is doing awesome - although she still seems to be in a bit of denial about her age," the filmer wrote online.
