An inspiring video has emerged from the US of a 600lbs man managing to hang from gym bars for the first time.

The footage, captured on March 2 in Alameda County, California, shows Jumoke Hill working out, while his personal trainer bellows confidence boosting instructions.

''I'm currently on a weight loss journey," Jumoke later wrote online.

''Recently I got a personal Trainer and I decided to document the process of getting healthy.''

''This was the first time I could hang from the bars,'' he added.

My name is Jumoke Hill . I have a youtube channel called "JumokeTV" I'm currently on a weight loss journey. A little over 600lbs Recently i got a personal Trainer and i wanted to document the process of getting healthy. In this clip , this was the first time i could hang from the bars. After this clip speard my instagram has grown and ive just been inspiring people all over the world(Mostly On instagram).
