Chinese couple swallow 20-centimetre knitting needles after argument
Shocking footage has emerged from China of a couple swallowing 20-centimetre knitting needles respectively after they had argument.
The video, filmed in Changsha, Hunan Province last Tuesday, shows the doctor finding a 20-centimetre-long knitting needle in the man's stomach through the x-ray picture and removing it out for him by doing surgery.
According to local reports, the man named Liu had argument with his girlfriend several months ago and both of them swallowed a 20-centimetre-long knitting needle after that.
After his girlfriend had stomachache and removed the needle in January, Liu had the same symptom in March and had surgery.
The needles were removed from both of the couple's stomachs successfully and they were out of danger.
