Running with the Bulls at San Fermin Festival, Pamplona, Spain 9th July 2014
Whilst on a short trip around Europe myself and two friends found ourselves in Pamplona during the San Fermin festival where for one week a group of bulls are released into the streets each morning to chase hundreds of people towards the town's stadium where more bulls are released in front of thousands of spectators. Despite it being a bit of a controversial event we decided that we had to do the run just once, just to experience what it felt like. Our justification was that we weren't actually harming any animals directly, rather we were just trying not to get trampled or gored by them.
