Australian children playing in waterfall after heavy rains
Footage taken an Somersby Falls on the Central Coast of New South Wales, 40 km north of Sydney.
Sydney has been experiencing a lot of rainfall in the past month. Today was the first day there were no clouds in the sky and the sun was out, bright and hot. People flocked to the beaches and to watering holes such as Somersby Falls.
The children were enjoying playing in the waterfalls which had much more water than usual due to the heavy rains we've been having.
Australia gets much of its bottled water from springs in the Somersby region.
Although chilly, the children got use to the cold water quickly.
