A dramatic video has emerged of a man trying to knock a cyclist's helmet camera off during a road rage.

The footage, shot in Moraira, Spain last month, shows the cyclist confronting the motorist after he claims he tried to drive him and his friends off the road.

The driver can be seen losing his temper and reaching at the camera before he asks the cyclist if he wants to fight.

"We were on our Spanish training camp earlier last month where on our 'rest day' we came across this extremely angry man who ran us off the road and then proceeded with his angry and violent rant," the filmer wrote.
