When Chongqing resident Mr Lan found a tiny puppy with a broken leg on the street in 2014, he wasn't sure if he could take care of the cute animal and still go to work.
But then he had a bright idea and enlisted the help of his other dog, Black Tiger.
Black Tiger, a pit bull-labrador cross, was used to carrying a basket of vegetables to a street market every morning, so Mr Lan swapped the greens for the pup.
Mr Lan says the two doggy pals have become a familiar sight on the streets of Chongqing with many locals stopping to take pictures.
