Funny moment elephant shoves friend into water with its trunk at Columbus zoo
While on a trip to the zoo, one lucky Ohio youngster captured the moment of a lifetime: an elephant pushing his friend into a watering hole.
The funny clip filmed in April 2017 at Columbus Zoo and Aquarium in Ohio shows the moment an elephant is standing on a rock next to the water.
“Jump in the water, please jump in the water!” an excited 11-year-old Branston can be heard saying on the video, which he filmed.
Branston's father Kevin tells him that the elephants "never get into the water."
But the unsuspecting elephant in view gets a shove from a friend from behind and falls into the water headfirst.
The soaked elephant can then be seen walking away from his herd, seemingly in a strop, to sympathetic "oohs" and "aahs" from onlookers.
