Dramatic footage has emerged of the moment a flaming car ignited nearby gas cylinders causing a huge explosion in eastern China.

The video, captured in Baoding, Hebei Province on April 12, initially shows the powerful blast from a nearby alleyway, then shows it from a different angle.

According to local reports, it's not known why the car was on fire but it's believed the flames caught gas cylinders outside a supermarket, which caused the explosion.

At least one person was injured.

Six fire engines and ambulances went to rescue on scene.

Only one people had minor injury. While, the case was being investigated.
