I checked our cctv as someone stole our newspaper recycling bag which my wife had toed to our railings, but as i was going through footage it shows bin man just throwing the heavy bag which hits our car and then lands blocking the pavement, its not exactly hard just to put the bag back in peoples garden, another clip shows bin man sending wheelie bin flying across the rd and falling onto the pavement, it could have easily hit a car, it makes you wonder how much damage they do cause, they are paid to clear up not make a mess, please check out the other cctv, it turned out our neighbour stole our bag, but more cctv shows the neighbours bag blowing down the street as it was just thrown on the pavement like ours instead of putting back over the gates
