Someone stole our recycling bag, so I rewound cctv to find the neighbour taking it, I rewound further to make sure it was our bag, and as you can see Barnsley bin men arnt what they used to be..I have a couple more clips of our neighbour angrily stealing our bag from inside our railings where my wife had tied it, other footage shows neighbours bag blowing away, I will add the other 2 clips aswel and you can edit them and join together if you like, it happened this Tuesday 11th April, it was on my cctv cameras owned by myself, I only checked to see who stole our bag and rewind further to make sure it was our bag and that's how I found the bin men throwing heavy nylon bag across my wife's car bonnet and then sending the bin flying over the pavement, I don't want to get the bin men in trouble, we put the clip on Facebook and someone put it on twitter and it had loads of shares, I was told it was even on itv calendar news, and the Barnsley council put an apology in their Facebook page, I've also seen the footage on the daily mail internet site aswel as the sun, but I wasnt aware they had permission without asking me first, thanks, dan
