A spectacular video has emerged from Norway of a professional kayaker taking on one of the world's longest rapids - "The Megatron"
In the impressive action camera clip, Bren Orton paddles his way down the 160-metre slide with jagged rocks on both sides and white water spraying all around him.
When Orton gets to the bottom, he can scarcely believe he's emerged unscathed.
The remarkable video was filmed in 2016 but has only recently come to light.
