Someone stole our recycling bag, so I rewound cctv to find the neighbour taking it, I rewound further to make sure it was our bag, and as you can see Barnsley bin men arnt what they used to be...I have a couple more clips of our neighbour angrily stealing our bag from inside our railings where my wife had tied it, other footage shows neighbours bag blowing away, I will add the other 2 clips aswel and you can edit them and join together if you like, it happened this Tuesday 11th April, it was on my cctv cameras owned by myself, I only checked to see who stole our bag and rewind further to make sure it was our bag and that's how I found the bin men throwing heavy nylon bag across my wife's car bonnet and then sending the bin flying over the pavement, I don't want to get the bin men in trouble
