17 year old son sees color for the first time
My 17 year old son just passed all the entrance exams to become a Marine. During his medical exam, they found that he has severe color blindness that will limit the jobs he'll be able to have in the Corp. He was pretty upset for awhile about this. One day he came home from school and there was a package outside the door. His best friend, who just recently graduated from boot camp himself, took his first Marine Corp paycheck and bought my son a pair of Enchroma glasses!! This video is me capturing his reaction to seeing color for the first time. It's amazing!
