Hungry and aggressive coconut octopus shoots out of shell
A cool video has emerged of a coconut octopus launching itself out of the shell it uses as a home.
The footage, shot in Lembeh Strait, Indonesia in 2016, shows the octopus latching at the camera several times before walking off with its shell.
"Can't really say if it was really hungry or just plain mad," the filmer wrote online.
"It did latch out towards us 3 times, and it had no real concerns about leaving the safety of its shell and protection. Very entertaining."
