An amusing video has emerged from China of a man returning the phone he stole back to the woman after he spots the surveillance.
In the CCTV footage, filmed in Dalian, Liaoning Province on January 12, a man takes a woman's phone out of her bag and puts into his own pocket.
When he turns around to leave, he suddenly spots a surveillance. Then, he pretends that he picks up the phone dropping on the floor for the woman and gives it back to her.
