An interesting video has emerged of a large flock of bluebirds standing on a road after a snowstorm covered the whole area.

The footage, shot on April 27 in Kelly, USA, shows the birds casually flying away as the filmer's truck approaches, only to land a couple of metres away.

"This is something I've never seen before, a large flock of bluebirds apparently was trying to avoid the crazy late spring snow storm that buried everything today," the filmer wrote online.

They were all trying to sit in the plowed stretch of road to stay out of the snow. I've never seen so many bluebirds together, nor seen them flying in clouds like this! The bright ones are the males, and the duller colored ones are females.
